Description

Configure, test, and support Workday HCM modules for three programs, handling both AMS support and product enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test functional changes across Workday modules, including HCM Core, Base Comp, Recruitment, and Performance/Goals.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to implement new Workday features and ensure functional alignment with stakeholders.
• Support Business Process setup, maintenance, and configuration.
• Provide ongoing AMS support and manage product enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM.
• Hands-on expertise with HCM Core, Base Comp, Recruitment, and Performance/Goals.
• Working knowledge of Workday Security.
• Experience with AMS support models.
• Proficiency in Business Process configuration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an onsite/offshore delivery model.
