Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, web services, APIs, and related technologies.
• Monitor existing integrations, investigate failures, and provide ongoing production support.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate functional needs into technical designs.
• Support integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems.
• Enhance existing integrations and develop new solutions as business needs arise.
• Support integration testing, remediation, and potential redesign associated with future Workday platform initiatives.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience building and supporting integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Experience with web services, APIs, and integration troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently develop, test, and support integrations in a live production environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with both technical teams and HR/business stakeholders.
• Broad understanding of Workday HCM business processes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting a large integration environment with numerous vendor connections.
• Experience with Core Connectors, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, and complex data flows.
• Experience supporting Workday Financials integrations.
• Experience with integration testing, remediation, or redesign for a major platform migration
