Description

You will configure, maintain, and implement Workday HCM solutions to align with business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Security, Reporting, and Talent & Performance.
• Build calculated fields, condition rules, eligibility rules, and business processes to support functional requirements.
• Lead functional design sessions and manage implementation phases from discovery through testing.
• Manage configuration updates during Workday releases, coordinate defect fixes, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to document technical requirements and determine configuration options.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant Workday HCM experience.
• Deep understanding of Core HCM, Recruitment, Core and Advanced Compensation, Security, Reporting, and Talent & Performance.
• Experience with Payroll Integrations and functional data mapping.
• Ability to configure complex business processes and mitigate cross-module impacts.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and data clean-up.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining design documentation and communicating configuration impacts to stakeholders and integration teams.
