Lead solution architecture for Workday HCM, focusing on configuration, EIB implementation, and permissions setup.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver Workday HCM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure Workday HCM modules to support organizational structures and processes.
• Design and implement Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for data integration.
• Define and manage security permissions and role-based access controls.
• Ensure solution integrity across configuration and integration touchpoints.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Proven experience as a solution architect in Workday HCM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM configuration best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
• Strong understanding of Workday security model and permissions setup.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical Workday solutions.
• Experience working with data integration patterns in Workday.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certification in HCM.
• Experience with other Workday modules (Payroll, Talent, etc.).
