Description

You will manage Workday HCM implementation and support activities, owning the design and delivery of optimized HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and design optimized To-Be workflows within Workday Cloud.
• Map customer requirements for financial and HR processes to Workday configurations.
• Perform design validation, identify process improvements, and execute testing cycles.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and test scripts to support user adoption.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to manage integrations and project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation and support.
• Deep functional knowledge of Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Compensation and Succession Planning.
• Proven ability to lead and execute testing across all project lifecycle stages.
• Strong understanding of HR domain business process flows.
• Experience in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
• Ability to manage customer-facing requirements and stakeholder communication.
