Description

You will implement and maintain Workday HCM solutions, focusing on integrations and functional configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations using Web Services, APIs, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI/PICOF.
• Configure Calculated Fields for complex integration and data migration logic.
• Create and maintain Workday Reports and Dashboards using Business Objects and Data Sources.
• Support data migration activities and functional requirements across at least two Workday modules.
• Manage end-to-end Workday implementation tasks with a focus on technical delivery.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years of exclusive Workday experience in functional or technical implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Proficiency in Web Services and API integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Calculated Fields and their application in integrations.
• Functional knowledge of Core HCM and at least one other module (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or Recruitment).
• Experience creating Workday Reports and Dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
