Description

You will act as a Workday HCM Consultant supporting system implementations and operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional system configurations.
• Support Core HCM business processes, including Hire, Change Job, and Onboarding.
• Manage stakeholder communication and create technical documentation.
• Apply foundational knowledge of Workday Onboarding concepts.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Workday implementation or support, preferably HCM.
• Strong functional understanding of Core HCM processes.
• Knowledge of Workday Onboarding, including worker data, organizational structure, and security.
• Ability to map business needs to system configurations.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and documentation.
• Experience with Workday and HCM modules.
