Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM and Talent modules, bridging implementation and post-production support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the test work-stream for Workday HCM implementations.
• Create process documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides.
• Consult with clients to navigate implementation best practices and optimize Workday usage.
• Estimate and plan Workday projects, leveraging experience with both Traditional and Launch methodologies.
• Influence senior-level clients on HR process alignment and system configuration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and run support.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM and Talent modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how Workday supports them.
• Experience creating detailed process documentation and SOPs.
• Ability to plan and estimate Workday project scopes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Benefits, Help, or other modules.
• Experience with test automation tools, specifically Tricentis Tosca.
