Description

Lead Workday configuration, testing, and deployment for complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing Workday configurations and artifacts to document findings and recommendations for scrum and QA teams.
• Plan and execute regression testing for Workday Feature Releases, including impact analysis on existing configurations.
• Support scrum teams by reviewing operational defects, errors, and developer changes to assist with remediation.
• Collaborate with external groups to design, build, and test solutions based on operational requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday solutions across multiple modules.
• 7+ years of experience assessing, implementing, and testing Workday Feature Releases and updates.
• 7+ years of experience in HCM Administration and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) upgrades.
• Deep understanding of ERP architecture and Workday system integrations.
• Experience working within scrum teams to resolve operational issues and enhancements.
• Strong analytical research skills for reviewing defined processes and making process improvement recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting the implementation of automated testing solutions.
