Description

You will configure and support Workday HCM and Learning Management System (LMS) modules, translating business requirements into functional system designs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional system configurations for Workday HCM and LMS.
• Support and maintain Workday HCM processes, including onboarding workflows.
• Manage and configure Learning Management System (LMS) functions and reporting.
• Document system configurations, functional designs, and process flows.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and manage expectations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Workday implementation or support.
• Strong functional understanding of Workday HCM, including worker data and organizational structure.
• Experience with Workday LMS configuration and administration.
• Foundational knowledge of Workday security models.
• Ability to document functional designs and system configurations.
• Experience managing stakeholders and technical communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Onboarding specific configurations.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant technical or business field.
