Description

You will function as a Workday HCM Core Functional Consultant supporting EDS business applications.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes and requirements, detailing changes and unchanged elements for the end client.
• Configure Workday modules while ensuring current end client processes remain unaffected or are reviewed by HRIS.
• Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and data (including fake organizations, job requisitions, and employees) for End-to-End testing.
• Support End-to-End (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting issues and logging defects.
• Review existing configuration, support E2E tenant setup, and validate data conversion and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting.
• Expert knowledge of Workday HCM Core Functional.
• Experience documenting business requirements and configuration changes.
• Ability to create custom reports within Workday.
• Experience preparing and executing E2E and UAT test cases.
• Familiarity with stakeholder alignment and project governance meetings.
