Lead functional implementations and optimizations for Workday HCM Core HR modules.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Configure tactical functionality within the Workday HCM Core HR cloud-based package.
• Optimize business processes by aligning organizational needs with underlying system capabilities.
• Lead client conversations through effective application knowledge and functional configuration.
• Manage project delivery approaches for both implementation and operations projects.
• Develop and present technical findings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday HCM solutions.
• Proven experience as a functional lead on at least one full life-cycle implementation of the Workday HCM Core HR module.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required role certifications.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
