Description

You will manage and execute Workday cutover planning and testing strategies for HCM and Financial modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cutover planning and execution, building detailed schedules covering technical, functional, and change management tasks.
• Coordinate with program, technical, and implementation teams to manage risks, issues, and project timelines.
• Develop and communicate Workday HCM and FIN test strategies, including test cycles and progress reporting.
• Manage defect tracking, ensuring all test outcomes, decision logs, and results are documented and resolved.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on cutover activities, metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders and the PMO.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM and/or FIN.
• Proven experience in Workday module cutover, test plan creation, and execution.
• Broad functional knowledge of Workday HCM and FIN modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes, bug identification, and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of data migration and system integration processes.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and adapt to variable changes.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with at least one full Workday implementation.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
