Description

Required skills:

• 8+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience across multiple Workday HCM modules like Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Absence & Time Tracking, Benefits etc.
• Strong expertise in Workday Business Processes, including configuration, condition rules, validations, approvals, notifications, and routing.
• Experience with Workday Security, including domain and business process security.
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting, including Advanced Reports, Calculated Fields, Worksheets, Dashboards, and Composite Reports.
• Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, and enhancement projects.
