We're Hiring:  Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Job Type: Contract

Work Mode: 100% Remote - India

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Experience: Hands-on experience with multiple Workday HCM modules

IITJobs is looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join our team on a remote, contract basis.  The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM and hands on experience working across multiple modules, including implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
• Experience working with multiple Workday HCM modules, such as:
• Core HCM
• Payroll Experience is a Plus
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and functional configuration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to work from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
