Description

You will lead Workday HCM implementations and configurations to meet internal business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM implementations and configurations based on internal business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Configure Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
• Provide end-user training, develop system documentation, and troubleshoot post-implementation issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Proven track record of successful Workday implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Experience with Core HCM module configuration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday tools like EIB and Report Writer.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration techniques.
