About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join our team on a remote, contract basis. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM and hands-on experience working across multiple modules, including implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support multiple Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Work on Workday business processes, workflows, and configurations.

Support Workday implementations, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.

Prepare functional documentation and support testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.

Experience working with multiple Workday HCM modules, such as:

Core HCM

Compensation

Absence Management

Time Tracking

Performance Management

Strong understanding of Workday business processes and functional configuration.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Availability to work from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
