Description

You will configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM solutions for clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy system configurations within Workday HCM to meet client requirements.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including implementation and post-production support.
• Configure functional areas including Core HCM, Absence & Leave, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning.
• Configure Workday security settings, including Domain security, BP security policies, and Roles & User-based security groups.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or AMS activities.
• Strong functional experience with Core HCM modules.
• Proficiency in Workday security configurations.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
• Familiarity with HCM functional areas such as Absence, Talent, and Compensation.
• Must hold a relevant Workday Certification.
• Core HCM and Workday HCM expertise.
