Job Title: Workday HCM Functional Consultant 

Location: Remote

Experience: 9+ Years

Required Skills: 

• Workday HCM Functional Consultant with 9+ years of experience in HR systems and Workday HCM.
• Strong experience in Workday Core HCM implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Workday Business Processes, Organizations, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, Supervisory Organizations, Locations, and Worker Data.
• Experienced in end-to-end Workday implementation activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes including Hire, Change Job, Transfer, Promotion, Termination, and Organizational Changes.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into Workday functional solutions.
• Experience working with HR, business users, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver Workday solutions.
