Description

You will provide high-level functional support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Workday environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve configuration issues as the primary point of contact for the Workday environment.
• Manage data requests within a high-volume support context.
• Administer Workday security groups and permissions.
• Support and maintain core HR functions across multiple modules.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of dedicated Workday administration or support experience.
• Functional fluency in HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence modules.
• High proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and Report Writer.
• Practical experience managing Workday security groups.
• Ability to manage a steady ticket queue while maintaining data integrity.
• Knowledge of Workday Payroll processes.

• Experience with high-volume support environments.
