Description

Lead functional workstreams and optimize business processes through Workday HCM configuration. You will own the delivery of implementation and operations projects while aligning organizational needs with system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute tactical configuration within the Workday HCM Core HR module.
• Optimize business processes by aligning organizational needs with system capabilities.
• Lead client conversations by configuring functionality to demonstrate system potential.
• Apply project management and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects.
• Develop and present technical findings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proven experience as a functional lead on at least one full life-cycle Workday HCM implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM Core HR configuration.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
