Description

Lead end-to-end Workday delivery as a Techno-Functional expert, bridging configuration and integration for scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Workday HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Recruiting.
• Design and implement security models, business processes, and reporting structures aligned with HR/Finance stakeholder needs.
• Drive release management and oversee Workday integrations using Java Web Services.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–15 years of experience in Workday HCM functional modules.
• Deep expertise in Workday configuration, security, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Workday Integrations and Java Web Services.
• Active Workday Certifications required.
• Proven track record in end-to-end delivery and stakeholder partnership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex payroll and benefits configurations.
• Background in managing large-scale Workday transformations.
