Description

Workday HCM Functional Solution Architect for a 6-month contract. Remote role covering Canada and Latin America. Must align with CST time zone. Candidates must hold current Workday certification.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Workday HCM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead functional design sessions and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Ensure solution integrity across HCM modules during implementation phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM functional consulting.
• Current Workday HCM certification required.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior functional lead.
• Deep understanding of Workday HCM core modules and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in CST time zone.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong communication skills for remote client interaction.
