Workday HCM Functional Solution Architect

Architect and implement Workday HCM solutions for clients across Canada and Latin America.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Architect Workday HCM solutions aligned with specific business requirements.
• Ensure solution integrity across HCM modules during implementation phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM functional consulting.
• Current Workday HCM certification required.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect or senior functional lead.
• Deep understanding of Workday HCM core modules and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in CST time zone.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong communication skills for remote client interaction.
