Description

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Workday HCM integrations and product enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday HCM product roadmap, focusing on integration strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Manage Workday releases, tenant refreshes, and change control processes.
• Prioritize backlog items, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7+ years of Workday experience, with at least 5+ years in HCM integrations.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in enterprise HR systems.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, including Recruitment and Talent modules.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications (Product Owner, HCM, Integrations).
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Familiarity with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics.
