Description

You will manage Workday HCM integrations, reporting, and system configurations. You own the design, development, and support of these critical enterprise functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations to external systems using Workday Studio, Core Connector, Cloud Connector, and EIB.
• Configure PECI templates to transmit payroll data to ADP and manage inbound Studio integrations via SOAP web services.
• Build and maintain complex reports including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite types using calculated fields and the Workday object model.
• Execute changes to existing HR and Payroll business processes for system migrations.
• Manage custom report migration across tenants, including data validation, scheduling, and alert development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and Cloud Connect.
• Deep knowledge of HCM modules: Human Resources, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Third Party Payroll Connectors (PICOF/PECI) and Document Transforms.
• Proficiency with Workday Web Services (SOAP) and API connector development.
• Experience with BIRT reporting and PRISM.
• Strong understanding of Workday data sources and HR Reporting/Analytics.
• Proven ability to develop complex calculated fields.

Preferred Skills

• Provide pre- and post-production support for Recruiting and other HCM modules.
