Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Delivery
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
Provide expert guidance on Workday architecture and data models.
2. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define priorities and deliverables.
Act as the primary functional advisor for Workday HCM.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
3. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Workday consultants and analysts.
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and documentation.
Support resource planning, allocation, and performance oversight.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.\
7–12+ years of experience in HR systems, with 5+ years in Workday HCM.
Proven experience leading at least 1–2 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of:
Core HCM
Compensation & Benefits
Absence/Time Tracking
Talent & Performance
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday HCM Certification(s) (active or previously certified).
Experience with global HCM implementations.
Knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Dashboard)
