Description

Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, providing architectural guidance and mentoring a team of consultants.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Define system architecture and data models, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Manage stakeholders and HR leadership, conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations to drive adoption.
• Mentor and oversee the performance of Workday consultants and analysts, ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 7–12+ years of experience in HR systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Proven track record leading at least 1–2 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Experience with Absence, Time Tracking, and Talent & Performance modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Active or previous Workday HCM Certification.
• Experience with global HCM implementations.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Dashboard).
