Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Delivery
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
Drive requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions aligned with best practices.
Provide expert guidance on Workday architecture and data models.
2. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define priorities and deliverables.
Act as the primary functional advisor for Workday HCM.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
3. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Workday consultants and analysts.
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and documentation.
Support resource planning, allocation, and performance oversight.
4. Integration & Data Management
Oversee integration design with upstream/downstream systems (Payroll, Finance, third-party systems).
Work closely with integration teams on EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, etc.
Ensure data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities are completed successfully.
5. Testing & Deployment
Define test strategy and oversee unit testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness.
Support defect resolution and deployment planning.
Ensure compliance with change management and release processes.
6. Post-Go-Live Support & Optimization
Provide hypercare support and continuous system enhancements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Stay current on Workday releases and recommend improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.\
