Description

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Workday HCM modules, driving solution design, configuration, and deployment for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration for Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions aligned with best practices and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and technology teams to define priorities, conduct workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee integration design with upstream/downstream systems using EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and PECI.
• Define test strategies, oversee SIT/UAT, and manage post-go-live hypercare and continuous optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM with proven leadership of 1–2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HCM, Compensation & Benefits, Absence/Time Tracking, and Talent & Performance.
• Experience with HR systems and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams of consultants and analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for client-facing discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Active Workday HCM certifications.
• Experience with global HCM implementations and Agile delivery models.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations and advanced reporting (Matrix, Dashboard).
