🛠 Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Workday HCM Lead / SME
✔ Strong hands-on expertise across multiple Workday modules
✔ Experience with multi-entity / global implementations
✔ Strong understanding of both functional & technical aspects
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
