Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of enterprise Workday HCM solutions.
✔ Perform comprehensive Fit-Gap Analysis and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
✔ Define, configure, and optimize global business processes across multiple entities.
✔ Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
✔ Support the implementation and optimization of:
🔹 Workday HCM
🔹 U.S. Payroll
🔹 Canada Payroll
🔹 Talent Management
🔹 Performance Management
🔹 Advanced Compensation
🔹 Workday Prism
🔹 Workday Journeys
🔹 Workday Help
✔ Ensure strong data integrity, security, governance, and compliance across the Workday environment.
✔ Provide Workday functional and technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient, scalable, and business-aligned Workday processes.
🔹 Required Profile
✅ Strong experience as a Workday HCM Lead / Workday HCM SME.
✅ Hands-on experience with end-to-end Workday implementation and optimization.
✅ Expertise in Workday configuration and business process design.
✅ Experience supporting complex multi-entity organizational structures.
✅ Strong Fit-Gap Analysis and requirements-management experience.
✅ Experience with Workday HCM, U.S./Canada Payroll, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Prism, Journeys, and Help.
✅ Strong understanding of Workday data integrity, security, and governance.
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
