Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, driving solution design and system optimization for global organizations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and Fit-Gap analysis.
• Define global business processes and drive solution design.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through strict governance.
• Provide SME-level guidance and best practices to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Workday HCM Lead or Subject Matter Expert.
• Hands-on expertise across HCM, US/Canada Payroll, Talent & Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Prism Analytics, and Journeys.
• Experience with multi-entity or global implementations.
• Strong understanding of both functional and technical Workday aspects.
• Ability to conduct Fit-Gap analysis and define global business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM roles.
• Experience with system optimization and complex organizational structures.
• Background in data governance and reporting standards.
