Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of enterprise Workday HCM solutions, ensuring scalable designs and data integrity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization for global business processes.
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and manage Workday HCM, U.S. and Canada Payroll, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Prism, Journeys, and Help.
• Ensure data integrity, security, governance, and compliance across the Workday environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient, scalable processes for multi-entity structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Lead or SME.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM configuration and business process design.
• Proven experience with end-to-end Workday implementation and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Prism, Journeys, and Help modules.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-entity organizational structures.
• Proficiency in Fit-Gap Analysis and requirements management.
• Deep understanding of Workday data integrity and security governance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Workday Payroll (U.S. and Canada).
