Demonstrated methodical approach to testing and documentation.
Develop and/or implement detailed test cases, test plans and strategies, including functional, integration, End to End, Parallel Payroll and UAT.
Lead multiple HR teams in defining exhaustive test scenarios, specifically for Workday HCM and related modules, including security, reporting and integrations.
Supervise the execution of test scripts, critically review vendor test results, point out errors, track defects through closure, and verify the effectiveness of the vendor's fixes. Participate in test execution as needed.
Define what data must be staged in which systems to facilitate accurate testing.
Reporting, Analytics & Security:
May need to design reporting solutions using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Prism Analytics.
Review security model, including user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data confidentiality and compliance.
Analyze security logs and conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity.
Ability to strictly and securely manage Highly Sensitive Data, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Certifications: Must be Workday Certified in multiple modules, with a mandatory certification in Workday HCM. Additional certifications in Workday Payroll, Advanced Compensation, or Talent are highly preferred
