Description

Lead the Workday HCM team and oversee production support for HCM and related modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday HCM Consultants and serve as the lead consultant on client engagements.
• Translate client business requirements into design, configuration, and prototype guidance.
• Support clients during annual events including Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, and ACA.
• Partner with Engagement Managers and Sales teams to provide status updates, demos, and LOEs.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Workday HCM lead consultant at a partner firm.
• Expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and navigate Workday Security.
• Proficiency in building custom Workday reports.
• Experience with Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, or Learning modules.
• Active Workday partner certification in Workday HCM is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client relationship management.

Preferred Skills

• Previous supervisory management experience.
