Description

You will manage and develop Workday HCM integrations, reporting, and module configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations to external systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and Cloud Connectors.
• Configure PECI templates to transmit payroll data to ADP and build inbound Studio integrations utilizing SOAP web services and API connectors.
• Develop complex reports using calculated fields and the Workday object model, including scheduling and alert development.
• Provide pre- and post-production support for Recruiting and other HCM modules.
• Validate data and move custom reports between Workday tenants.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Expertise in Workday Studio and building inbound integrations via SOAP web services.
• Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connectors for Benefits and Payroll, and Document Transforms.
• Deep knowledge of HCM modules: Human Resources, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Proficiency with Third Party Payroll Connectors (PICOF/PECI).
• Experience with API connector development for external systems.
• Mandatory experience with BIRT reporting.
