Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll and HCM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
• Recommend best practices based on industry experience in Workday Payroll and Time.
• Manage end-to-end payroll business processes, including earnings, deductions, taxation, and job codes.
• Oversee payroll calculations and payroll interfaces.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Workday implementations.
• Thorough knowledge of US and Canada Workday payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Time tracking.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM modules.
• Expertise in payroll calculations and taxation logic.
• Experience managing payroll interfaces and end-to-end business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
