Description

You will implement and optimize Workday payroll and business processes for Government and Public Services clients.

Responsibilities

  • Configure tactical settings within the Workday cloud-based technology package.
  • Optimize business processes by aligning technology capabilities with organizational needs.
  • Apply project management and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects.
  • Configure functionality to support client conversations and requirements.
  • Develop and present technical findings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience configuring and implementing Workday.
  • Direct experience with Workday Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel 10% on average, including overnight travel.
  • Ability to co-locate in a designated delivery location up to 30% of the time.
  • Must live within a 100-mile radius of Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA.

Preferred Skills

  • Workday Certification.
