Description

You will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday Payroll modules for clients in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Configure tactical functionality within the Workday cloud-based technology package, specifically focusing on Workday Payroll.
• Optimize business processes by aligning core organizational processes with underlying technology capabilities.
• Apply project management and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects.
• Guide client conversations through functional configuration and technical expertise.
• Develop and present technical findings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
• Proven experience as a functional lead on at least one full life-cycle implementation of the Workday Payroll module.
• Expertise in Workday Payroll and broader HCM solutions.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications for the role.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
