Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM projects and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage project roadmaps, plans, and daily monitoring activities to ensure delivery remains on track.
• Control project scope based on the Statement of Work, managing change requests and preventing scope creep.
• Assess risks and issues continually, maintaining logs and implementing contingency plans.
• Oversee project financials, including the development of financial plans.
• Provide coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain a backlog of product enhancements for tactical and strategic goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant Workday HCM experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading Workday HCM projects and workstreams.
• Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end Workday HCM implementation.
• Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
