You will lead the design and implementation of Workday HCM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams and direct the efforts of others through full project lifecycles.
- Own system strategy, business requirement documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
- Design as-is and to-be business processes and demonstrate prototypes to clients.
- Execute functional configuration, testing, and user training.
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality while anticipating client needs.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
- Proven experience as a solution architect on at least one full life-cycle Workday HCM implementation.
- Workday HCM Certification.
- Deep functional expertise in Workday Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, or Absence Management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
