Description

You will lead the design and implementation of Workday HCM solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workstreams and direct the efforts of others through full project lifecycles.
  • Own system strategy, business requirement documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Design as-is and to-be business processes and demonstrate prototypes to clients.
  • Execute functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality while anticipating client needs.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
  • Proven experience as a solution architect on at least one full life-cycle Workday HCM implementation.
  • Workday HCM Certification.
  • Deep functional expertise in Workday Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, or Absence Management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
