You will lead the architectural design and implementation of Workday HCM modules for a contract project.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday HR Core HCM solutions.
• Architect modules for Recruiting and Talent management.
• Configure and deploy Advanced Compensation functionality.
• Drive the technical implementation process for the specified modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations.
• Expertise in HR Core HCM.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Recruiting.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent modules.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Compensation.
• Proven track record as a Workday HCM Solution Architect.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
