Lead Workday HCM and Talent Management implementations and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation or rollout projects.
• Configure and manage Workday Core HCM and Talent Management processes.
• Define and implement solutions using the Workday Business Process Framework (BPF).
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead technical and functional workstreams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of HR systems experience.
• 5+ years specifically on Workday.
• Mandatory Workday HCM Certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and Talent Management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Workday Business Process Framework (BPF).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Talent Management Certification.
• Experience with Workday Learning, Reporting & Analytics, or Prism.
