You will architect and design Workday systems to meet organizational goals and scalability needs.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation and configuration of Workday HCM modules including Recruitment, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Time & Absence, and Payroll.
Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and APIs.
Implement and manage Workday Orchestration and integration tools.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality and adherence to Workday best practices.
Optimize existing Workday configurations to improve efficiency and meet evolving business needs.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Governance.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Workday Data Quality.
Proven experience in Workday integration technologies and API development.
Strong understanding of Workday architecture, metadata, and functional capabilities.
Experience with Snowflake and REST/Java APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control tools (e.g., GitHub).
