Description

You will manage technical configurations and end-to-end testing for Workday HCM implementations in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Configure Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Job Families, Job Profiles, and Benefit Plans.
• Manage Business Processes including Hire/Rehire actions, approval chains, and checklists.
• Develop and maintain security roles and groups based on confidentiality requirements.
• Build simple and advanced custom reports using calculated fields.
• Execute full-lifecycle testing including System, Regression, User Acceptance, and Performance testing.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Workday functional areas: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Absence Management, Payroll, Learning, Talent Management, and Time Tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and PRISM.
• Proficiency with Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT, REST APIs, and RaaS APIs.
• Technical knowledge of PICOF and PECI payroll interfaces.
• Experience with Postman, SoapUI, ServiceNow, Jira, Qtest, and WinSCP.
• Ability to manage compensation packages, grades, and plans.
• Bachelor's Degree.
