Description

You will lead validation efforts for Workday HCM modules and oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation for Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Payroll modules.
• Execute functional, System Integration (SIT), and regression testing.
• Test Workday integrations and perform payroll validation.
• Analyze functional specifications to create detailed test scenarios and scripts.
• Manage project risks, coordinate team deliverables, and provide daily status updates to customers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in HCM application testing.
• 5+ years of direct Workday testing experience.
• Deep expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Payroll modules.
• Hands-on experience testing Workday integrations and payroll processes.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as HP ALM or Jira.
• Experience with automation tools including Selenium, Kianos Smart, or UFT.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and software testing processes.
• Experience with PCF and microservices testing.
