Description

Lead the end-to-end test lifecycle for Workday HCM country rollouts and Business As Usual (BAU) activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all testing phases, including Smoke, Unit, E2E, Regression, Payroll, Integrations, Service Rehearsal, and UAT.
  • Define test phase entry and exit criteria, securing formal approval from all stakeholders.
  • Manage the defect management process, including strategy, triage, reporting, and resolution.
  • Create and maintain test documentation such as Test Approaches, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Scripts aligned with Workday methodologies.
  • Set up and manage Jira and Zephyr for project and BAU testing activities.

Required Skills

  • 4-6 years of Workday HCM technical experience.
  • Experience with Workday HCM functional areas: integrations, Payroll, Reporting, and Security testing.
  • Proven experience managing test teams within large organizations or complex Workday HCM projects.
  • Experience in data validation across Workday HCM, FINS, and PSA modules.
  • Strong background in the full SDLC, covering both test management and execution.
  • Experience as a test lead specifically focusing on integration testing.
  • Ability to perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to protect testing timelines.
  • Experience ensuring project governance meets IT audit standards and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Collaboration with Project Managers and third-party teams to plan test scope, effort estimation, and risk management.
  • Reporting progress, blockers, and risks to technical and senior business stakeholders.
