Description

You will lead testing efforts for insurance technology platforms during a new Workday HCM implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities, including System, Integration, Regression, and UAT.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of test cases, scripts, and test data.
• Manage and mentor a team of test analysts and automation engineers.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and offshore teams to ensure software quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager within the Insurance or Financial Services domain.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Workday Test Automation tools.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with automation frameworks including Selenium and Cucumber.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and AWS.
• Familiarity with Guidewire and insurance business processes such as Claims, Underwriting, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced).
