You will lead the end-to-end Workday HCM test lifecycle across multiple phases and stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full test cycle including Smoke, Unit, End to End, Regression, Payroll, Integrations, Service Rehearsal, and UAT.
• Manage test teams within large organizations or complex Workday HCM projects.
• Direct testing activities throughout the complete SDLC, covering both management and execution.
• Oversee outsourced resources and global teams across different regions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple work streams simultaneously to ensure delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in testing or project management roles.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday HCM test management.
• Functional knowledge of Workday HCM areas, including integrations to external systems.
• Experience testing Workday Payroll integrations, Reporting, and Security.
• Experience performing data validation across Workday HCM, FIN, and PSA modules.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira or Zephyr.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Workday HCM Certification or Project Manager certification.
• Experience deploying Workday HCM in the North America region.
• Previous experience leading test management from the customer side or managing projects via System Integrators (SI).
